The National Institute of Meteorology has stated that today's weather, July 2, 2024, is expected to be sunny and slightly cloudy in most regions, becoming heavily cloudy in the north with some showers in the extreme northwest.

Winds are forecast to be strong, between 40 and 70 km/h near the coasts and in the south, with some local sandy swirls, and weak to moderate, between 30 and 50 km/h, elsewhere.

The sea is expected to be very turbulent to rough in the north, turbulent to very turbulent in the Gulf of Gabes, and very turbulent to locally rough along the rest of the coasts.

Temperatures will decrease in most regions, ranging between 25 and 31 degrees in the north and highlands, between 33 and 40 degrees elsewhere, except in the south where they will reach 44 degrees, accompanied by some heatwaves.
