The National Water Distribution Utility (SONEDE) announced, on Monday, that there will be disturbances and interruptions in the distribution of drinking water in a number of areas in the northern suburbs of the capital, starting at 02:00 am on Wednesday, May 18.

This interruption in the distribution of drinking water comes under the maintenance works in Cité des Pins in Carthage region, according to the same source.

The water will be interrupted in the tourist area of Gammarth, La Marsa, Bhar Lazrag, Sidi Daoud, Sidi Bou Said, Carthage Gardens, Ain Zaghouan, L’Aouina, Kram Al Gharbi, the industrial zone of Kheireddine, and Lake 1 and 2.

The company confirmed, in this regard, the gradual resumption of normal supply, starting from 02:00 pm on Thursday, May 19, as soon as the works are completed.
