
Tunisia and Turkiye Organize First Cooperation Forum
Nabil Al-Arfawi, Director of Cooperation with Europe at the Ministry of Trade and Export Development, revealed that over 300 government officials and business leaders from Tunisia and Turkiye will participate in the Tunisian-Turkish Business and Partnership Forum, to be held in Istanbul on June 5.
This is the first forum following the revision of the free trade agreement established in 2005.
In an interview with the Tunis Africa News Agency, Al-Arfawi stated that the event will be held under the supervision of the Ministers of Trade from both Tunisia and Turkiye, alongside public bodies and institutions focused on investment and tourism.
He noted that all economic sectors will be represented at the event, with nearly 100 Tunisian companies registered to participate, and around 200 Turkish companies expected to attend
