The Tunisian Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Fishing stated that the Minister, Abdel Moneem Belaati received yesterday, Monday, the Italian Ambassador to Tunisia, Fabrizio Saggio, with presence of the Tunisian Secretary of State for Waters, Ridha Gabbouj, and the President of the Federation of Italian Manufacturers, Antonio Gozzi.

The meeting was an occasion to discuss cooperation in the field of water desalination and the available possibilities for this purpose.

This meeting comes within the framework of implementing the outcomes of the Tunisian-Italian Food Security Forum held in Tunisia on October 19 and 20, added the Ministry.
