
Tunisia, Korea: signing a partnership agreement in the public deals
The High Authority for Public Procurement (HAICOP) and the Korean Public Procurement Service (PPS), on Thursday, signed an agreement in Tunis to share expertise and strengthen the Tunisian capacities in the digitalization of public deals
This agreement was signed under the presence of the Tunisian Head of Government, Najla bouden, at Al Kasbah PalaceThe agreement aims to promote tripartite cooperation between Tunisia, the Republic of Korea and countries that want to share this pilot experience with Tunisia in order to allow the country to stand out in the field of public procurement given its positioning in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
It also aims to further support HAICOP by providing the necessary technical assistance to develop the e-procurement system, learn about new technologies and international standards and adopt efficiency and capacity-building indicators in this field, according to a press release by the Tunisian Government
