The Tunisian Poulina group ended the 2023 financial year with an overall turnover of TND 4.065 billion, up 6% on the 2022 financial year, almost all of which was generated locally, where turnover increased by 9%, compared with a 12% drop in exports, where turnover fell short of TND 450 million.

All these figures have not been audited, the group’s press release stated. But it was clear that all the Group’s business segments performed well despite the crisis.

Overall, production increased by 6% in year-on-year) and investment also increased by 9%, even if it only amounted to TND 163.5 million for the entire 2023 financial year.

These include a new brick factory in Kef with TND 17.5 million, and factory extensions in poultry integration and packaging in particular.

It is important to note that the Group’s total debt, which exceeded DT 1.141 billion at the end of the 2023 financial year, nevertheless ended the year down 9%, especially short-term debt (down 15% to TND 565.149 million).
