The Tunisian Ministry of Health recorded an increase in the number of deaths due to infection with the Corona virus and also in the number of positive tests, which amounted to 75.21 % during the period between June 13 and 19, 2022, according to the periodic data on the epidemiological situation published today, Tuesday, June 21, 2022 by the Tunisian Ministry of Health.

In a statement, the Ministry added that 14 deaths were recorded during the period between June 13 and 19, thus, the total number of deaths since the beginning of this pandemic in March 2020 has reached 28067.

The number of new infections recorded during the same period reached 2277 new cases, bringing the total positive cases to 1460703.

On the other hand, 810 people were recovered during the same period, making the total number of the recovered patients 1300778.
