Tunisia will participate in "Expo 2023 Doha", scheduled for October 2, 2023, under the theme "Green Desert, Better Environment", with a special focus on agriculture and horticulture, the Tunisian Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Fishing announced today, Tuesday, September 26, 2023.

Tunisia's participation, supported by the Ministry, will feature a large stand of around 900 square meters within a total exhibition area of 1.7 million square meters.

The event, which culminates on March 28, 2024, will include international conferences, partnership meetings, workshops showcasing modern technologies and start-ups, and tastings of selected agricultural products. At the same time, it will host Tunisian-Qatari partnership days, a presentation of local products and other related activities.

According to APIA, Tunisia's participation aims to strengthen the partnership and cooperation between Tunisia and Qatar by showcasing Tunisia's experience in water management policies and sustainable development, in addition to promoting start-ups at this global event.
