Ways to strengthen military cooperation between Tunisia and the United Arab Emirates, along with exploring effective mechanisms for expanding its scope, took centre stage during a meeting held this morning between Tunisian Minister of National Defense, Imed Memmich, and the United Arab Emirates Ambassador to Tunisia, Eman Al Salami

The Defense Minister underscored the robust bilateral relations between Tunisia and the UAE, advocating for further deepening military cooperation. He emphasized the importance of exploring new areas for collaboration, particularly in training programs and the exchange of expertise, as outlined in a statement from the Ministry.

In response, the UAE Ambassador expressed contentment with the progress of cooperation between the two nations. She affirmed her country's readiness to reinforce joint efforts and elevate bilateral military cooperation to higher standards, aiming to fulfill mutual objectives.
