The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Tunisians Abroad, Mr. Othman Jerandi received today, Wednesday, May 11, 2022, the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Tunisia, Mr. Mohamed Rashid Al-Mansouri.

The meeting was an occasion to emphasize on the distinguished level of the brotherly bilateral relations that unite the two countries, and the determination of their leaderships to further advance those relations to the best levels by supporting bilateral cooperation and intensifying official visits.

The meeting also dealt with the ways to enhance relations of cooperation and economic partnership between Tunisia and the UAE in various fields, especially with regard to the development of commercial exchanges and the Emirati investment projects in Tunisia.

The Minister renewed his congratulations for the outstanding success of the "Expo Dubai" event, with the participation of a large number of countries, including Tunisia, by organizing the "Digital Tunisia Days" event and the Tunisian National Day in the pavilion dedicated to it.

Also, they exchanged views on a number of international and regional issues.
