
Tunisian FM met with his Algerian Counterpart in Jeddah
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad stated that the Minister Nabil Ammar, held talks with his Algerian Counterpart, Ahmed Attaf, on Tuesday in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on the sidelines of his participation in the extraordinary meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
The two Foreign Ministers praised the success of the 7th Summit of Gas Exporting Countries Forum held in Algiers at the beginning of this month, and discusses regional issues of mutual interest.
The meeting also followed up on President Kais Saied's meetings with his Algerian counterpart Abdelmadjid Tebboune on the sidelines of that summit, according to the same source.
Nabil Ammar is leading the Tunisian delegation to the extraordinary session of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers, which began in Jeddah on March 5.
