The Tunisian-Maltese relations and the upcoming bilateral events were at the heart of the meeting with the Maltese Ambassador in Tunis, Simon Pullicino.

The two parties highlighted the long-standing relations between the two countries and the importance of strengthening the fruitful cooperation in various sectors and deepening the dialogue on regional and international issues of common interest.

The meeting also reviewed Tunisian-Maltese cooperation within the European Union. The two sides stressed the importance of the Tunisia-EU Partnership Council to examine ways to promote economic relations.

On the same day, the Tunisian-Emirati bilateral relations were discussed during the meeting between the Tunisian Minister and the Emirati Ambassador.

They both stressed the need to take advantage of the dynamics of relations between the two parties to consolidate and diversify bilateral cooperation.

The Ambassador conveyed a message to the Minister from his Emirati counterpart Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyane.
