The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad stated that the Minister Nabil Ammar will start a two-day working visit to Moscow, Russia, this Tuesday, September 26, at the invitation of his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov.

This visit fits within the common will to foster cooperation, the ministry said.

The visit will further support African efforts to put an end to the Russia-Ukraine conflict under the African Peace Initiative as well as the UN Initiative on the Safe Transportation of Grain and Foodstuffs from Ukrainian ports, also called the Black Sea Grain Initiative.

The minister will be accompanied by the CEO of the Grain Board.
