
Tunisian FM to Pay a Working Visit to Brazil from July 11 to 13
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, Nabil Ammar, will pay a working visit to Brazil from July 11 to 13, at the invitation of his Brazilian counterpart, Mauro Vieira.
Ammar will be accompanied by senior officials from Tunisian pharmaceutical, medicine, phosphate, and customs authorities, as well as a delegation of businessmen and economic operators from various sectors, stated the Tunisian Foreign Ministry.
This delegation will be led by Samir Majoul, President of the Tunisian Confederation of Industry, Trade, and Handicrafts (UTICA).
During his visit, Ammar will chair the Economic Forum organized by the Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the Tunisian-Brazilian Business Council. He will also attend the inauguration of the Tunisian trade and consular office at the headquarters of the Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in Sao Paulo and meet with members of the Tunisian expatriate community, according to the same source.
Additionally, Ammar will hold a working session with the Brazilian Minister of Foreign Affairs to discuss potential areas of cooperation between the two countries and ways to enhance bilateral relations. They will also address regional and international issues of mutual interest. On this occasion, a Memorandum of Understanding on diplomatic cooperation between the two ministries will be signed.
