
Tunisian Head of Government partakes in COP 27 World Leaders Summit
The Tunisian Government stated yesterday, Sunday, November 6, 2022, that the Head of Government, Najla Bouden is taking part in the World Leaders Summit, under of the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP27), held on November 7-8 in Sharm el Sheikh (Egypt).
Bouden is accompanied by a ministerial delegation, including notably the Ministers of Economy and Planning, of Industry, Mines and Energy and of the Environment, according to a press release y the Tunisian Government.
The Tunisian Head of Government will also hold a number of bilateral meetings with a number of heads of delegations, in addition to her participation in a number of seminars and parallel events, including the second summit of the "Green Middle East Initiative" of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
A number of world leaders and senior UN officials, as well as thousands of environmental activists from all over the world, will participate in this summit.
