Two refurbished Tunisian sentinel vessels were handed over to the national navy at a ceremony held Monday in Bizerte marina, as part of the Tunisian-Italian cooperation.

The rehabilitation project fits within a maintenance and renewal program of six Tunisian sentinel vessels.

The 50-million-dinar program is financed by the Italian ministry of foreign affairs through the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS).
