World Court to hold hearing over I-s-r-a-e-l-i attacks in R-a-f-a-h
The International Court of Justice (ICJ) announced that hearings will take place on Thursday and Friday to address South Africa's request for new emergency measures regarding Israel's actions in Rafah during the Gaza conflict.
South Africa alleges that Israel committed acts of genocide against Palestinians and is seeking further action from the court. Israel maintains it operates within international law and dismisses South Africa's accusations as unfounded, accusing Pretoria of supporting Hamas.
