Samir Majoul, Head of the Tunisian Union of Industry, Trade and Handicrafts, received today, Friday, March 25, 2022, a delegation from the International Monetary Fund (IMF), led by the Assistant Director for the Middle East and Central Asia, and head of the Fund's mission in Tunisia, in the presence of a number of members of the Union's national executive office.

The meeting between the two parties dealt with the economic, social and financial situation of Tunisia and ways to overcome the difficulties it is facing, by relying on consensus on needed reform programs in various sectors.

On the occasion, the representatives of the Union reviewed the organization's vision and proposals to revive the national economy and boost investment.
