The Tunisian Minister of Tourism, Mr.Mohamed Moez Belhussein, participated in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in the works of the 116th session of the Executive Council of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), during which the extent of the implementation of the organization's program to confront crises and revive world tourism was discussed.

During this session, the Minister recalled the Tunisian experience in the management of the COVID-19 crisis, and gave an overview of the national plan to advance the tourism sector and increase the level of investment, especially in sustainable and innovative tourism.

He also called the Secretary General of the World Tourism Organization to evolve modern ideas in order to develop global tourism, and to remove everything that limits tourism and travel movement in the world.
