The National Institute of Meteorology has stated that the weather for today, May 20, 2024, is expected to be partly cloudy in most regions, then turn heavily cloudy in the north with some scattered rains in the extreme north.

Winds are forecasted to be generally weak to moderate, then become strong in the afternoon, reaching 90 km/h, accompanied by some sandy swirls in the south.

The sea is expected to be turbulent to very turbulent.

Extreme temperatures are expected to range between 25 and 30 degrees in the north and highlands, between 32 and 38 degrees elsewhere, and up to 40 degrees in the south
