The National Institute of Meteorology has stated that today's weather, August 14, 2024, is expected to be generally sunny, then heavily cloudy in some western regions in the afternoon.

Winds are forecast to be weak to moderate, becoming relatively strong near the eastern coasts in the afternoon and in the southwest at night accompanied by some local sandy swirls.

The sea will be turbulent along the eastern coasts, and slightly turbulent to locally turbulent in the north.

Extreme temperatures are expected to range between 33 and 38 degrees along the coasts and the west central highlands, between 39 and 41 degrees elsewhere in the central highlands, and up to 45 degrees in the southwest, with some localized heatwaves.
