Tunisia expresses its concern about armed clashes in Tripoli, Libya

Through a statement released yesterday, Tuesday, by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, Tunisia expresses its deep concern over the recent development Libya where events are accelerating and armed clashes are renewing in the capital Tripoli, in addition to casualties and absence of security and stability.

Although Tunisia and its brothers in Libya are looking forward to reaching a Libyan-Libyan political solution without any external interference, this recent event further complicates the situation, the ministry stated.

Tunisia, which adheres to the need to find a Libyan solution that stems from the will of the people, expresses its deep concern over these unfortunate developments and calls for the primacy of the language of dialogue and reaching a peaceful solution as soon as possible that contributes to strengthening security, not only in Libya, but in the entire region, according to the same source.
